Andy Kirschner, Founder, 100 Reasons to Win
Originally from Detroit, Andy Kirschner lived in Chicago for about 10 years after college and currently finds himself just outside Washington, DC. He has had several job titles over the course of his career, including knife salesman, recruiting manager, bagel baker, tour guide, career counselor, international trade officer and leadership associate.
Currently he combines all of those skills coaching individual and teams of professionals through his coaching practice, 100 Reasons to Win. Andy is also certified as a social start trainer with the PresenTense Group, where he is helping to train the next generation of entrepreneurs looking to make positive social change. In addition, he facilitates meetings and coaches for Weight Watchers, though the views expressed on this website do not necessarily reflect the views of Weight Watchers. Andy spends his free time running distance races, running back to the Midwest to visit family and friends and running to make his deadlines for his blog posts on OY Chicago. After all that, he runs home to spend quality time with his beautiful wife, Rose, and son, John. He is passionate about his involvement as a professional and volunteer in the local community!
